Overview
We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Dusk till Dawn Care Assistant to join our growing care team. This is a unique full-time opportunity offering consistent hours and a structured working pattern supporting individuals in their own homes.

Shift Pattern
* Evening shift: 20:00 – 24:00
* Morning shift: 06:00 – 10:00
* Full‑time 3/4 rota pattern
* £120 per shift (covering both evening and morning visits)
About the Role
This is a double‑handed care position, providing essential support during evening/night visits and morning routines. You will work alongside another care professional to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care
* Support with personal care and intimate care
* Assist with bedtime and morning routines
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
* Follow care plans and company policies
* Work effectively as part of a double‑handed care team
Requirements
* Caring, reliable, and professional nature
* Commitment to delivering excellent care
* Ability to work both evening and morning shifts
* Good communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
