Job Title: Fitness Coach
Location: Central London
About the role:
You will be a key fitness team member by providing members with 5* fitness service including inductions, programme writing, health assessments and ongoing gym floor support. You will also be required to teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes and progress to accumulating PT clients.
Your responsibilities:
* Deliver a 5* gym floor customer service and create a positive training environment
* Conduct health assessments, write client programmes and offer members support
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facility
* Be a gym floor presence engaging with members and guests
* Teach a variety of gym floor and studio classes
* Work in collaboration with the reception team to cover breaks and reception enquiries
What you'll bring:
* Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications
* Delivering studio classes and personal training sessions
* Writing client programmes
* Delivering health assessments
* Delivering Personal Training sessions
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
* Ability to communicate to a diverse audience of people
* Strong team work ethic
* Able to use one's initiative
Salary, Perks & Benefits:
* Salary - £27,008.00 per annum + off shift PT income
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
* 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
