Job Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join ICT Services in ABUHB. Reporting to the ICT Desktop Services Team Leader, the post holder will be part of a busy ICT Desktop Services Team providing technical support to staff across ABUHB covering a wide range of technologies.
Main duties of the job
The role requires a self‑motivated individual, able to demonstrate an aptitude for technology and a flair for troubleshooting. The candidate must have excellent customer service, planning and administrative skills and the ability to manage their time effectively, ensuring all objectives and deadlines are met.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
