Talent Acquisition Manager. £50k + bonus & benefits.
Predominantly remote with some travel to various UK sites.
We’re exclusively working with a leading UK employer in the transport and infrastructure space that is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing recruitment team. This key hire will focus on high-volume recruitment across frontline and operational functions, playing a crucial role in shaping hiring strategies and delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Role Overview
* Partner with operational and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and translate these into effective recruitment strategies
* Oversee full-cycle recruitment activity for a wide variety of volume and frontline roles
* Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines for both immediate and future business needs
* Guide hiring managers through structured recruitment processes, from vacancy briefings to onboarding
* Act as the key contact for preferred supplier relationships, ensuring efficiency and consistent candidate quality
* Develop and deliver employer branding and attraction initiatives to support hard-to-fill or high-volume requirements
* Use data and recruitment insights to inform hiring decisions and influence workforce planning
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication, transparency, and support
* Champion inclusive hiring practices and embed ED&I principles across all campaigns
* Provide coaching and support to a Sourcing and Engagement Specialist who reports into this role
Your Experience
* Strong experience in in-house, RPO or agency-side recruitment delivery
* Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns at scale
* Experience managing ATS processes and working closely with HR teams
* Capable of managing multiple priorities and tight timelines without compromising quality
* Track record of delivering recruitment strategies that support ED&I and promote inclusive hiring
* Able to demonstrate success in direct sourcing, talent pooling and candidate pipeline building
