What you’ll do
* End-to-end Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and Intigriti-hosted events for both the Community and Commercial audiences.
* Continue to evolve existing event roadmap and identify new events that meet strategic goals.
* Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, marketing invites to provide sales teams, booth setup, merchandise, catering, and post-event evaluations.
* Promote speakers, sessions and key event highlights through various channels.
* Liaise with merchandisers and create a list of preferred suppliers.
* Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Provide templates for running events that others can use internally.
Brand Representation
* Ensure the brand is accurately represented at all events, maintaining a consistent and positive brand image.
* Collaborate with the design team to develop event-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Lead Generation
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition at events.
* Develop and maintain the events page on the website.
* Implement lead capture processes and follow-up procedures to maximize lead conversion, including ensuring all leads captured from events are imported into Salesforce and tracked using appropriate campaign naming.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align event strategies with overall business goals.
* Support the commercial team with sponsorship and exhibition sales campaigns.
* Liaise with regional teams to ensure collaboration and cohesion across markets.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Use metrics and analytics to evaluate event and marketing effectiveness.
* Create event retrospectives to provide insights to refine and improve future event strategies.
What You’ll Bring
Required Experience
* 3+ years of event management experience
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience using HubSpot or other data analytics tools to measure event success and make data-driven decisions is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
