Role Responsibilities
1. Engage with potential buyers through walk-ins, referrals, and social media to find interested holiday home buyers.
2. Respond promptly to inquiries, converting interest into sales.
3. Ensure a smooth handover process and support buyers post-sale.
4. Act as a holiday home expert: touring the park, answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining finance options.
5. Review sales performance regularly, identify successful strategies, and strive to exceed targets.

Success in this role requires flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.
