Main Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for planning and executing targets and tasks
· Managing/distributing workload
· Communication between departments and the key link with Management on production, HR and all other issues arising from company activity
· Managing Quality Control of finished and interim fittings and resolving issues accordingly
· Managing staff and identifying training needs where required
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, business code of ethics and other company requirements.
· Responsible for Health & Safety
· Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
Liaison:
· Liaise with various internal departments, management, workrooms, sales and accounts on business related and HR matters where required
· Liaise with suppliers and corporate clients as required
KPIs:
Consistent record of targets with monthly output demonstrating efficiencies in maintaining and processing workload. Maintaining a good efficient and effective relationship with subordinate staff, colleagues and suppliers
Management Reporting:
Provide reports/ data to Managing Director regarding performance
CRITERIA
Education:
· Essential – a good solid (degree level) education
· Essential – Good PC skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level
Experience:
· Managerial/ leadership experience in a similar role
· Understanding of textile manufacturing preferable
