The Role As Interim Head of FP&A, you'll play a central role in shaping financial strategy, steering performance, and ensuring the business has the insight and control it needs to capitalise on opportunity. The company operates a diverse and active portfolio, with multiple investment streams and a leadership team focused on value creation. They need someone who can hit the ground running, own the planning process, and bring clarity and discipline across forecasting, cashflow, and commercial performance. You'll lead FP&A, driving group-wide cashflow forecasting, investment appraisal, strategic modelling, and performance reporting. Your work will directly influence how capital is deployed, how returns are tracked, and how decisions are made at pace and with confidence.
