THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool; The Municipal
Hotel & Spa MGallery in May 2023 and have reset the clock within this
historic building, bringing it back to life. Our Heartists® aspire to
create memorable, heartfelt moments for all life enjoyers to experience unique
stories from the past but also to immerse themselves into our hospitality,
creating their own astonishing tales of MGallery magical moments. We
boast 179 stunning bedrooms set in a remarkable and inspiring landmark of the
city. Time is of essence and at the heart of The Municipal’s story. The
iconic clock tower and bells giving the tempo to a timeless melody.
Various restaurants, bars and a state-of-the-art spa sanctuary experience, will
offer everyone the place to have the time of their lives, pause the clock and

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDITOR AT THE MUNICIPAL
HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY
What you'll be doing...
When you enter our hotel, we want you to be wowed—just
as we aspire for every guest to feel that same sense of awe during their first
interaction with our space and our Heartists®.
As a Night Auditor at The Municipal Hotel, you will be the
welcoming face and gracious farewell of our guest journey during the night.
You’ll set the tone for each stay with your warm demeanour, refined presence,
and impeccable attention to detail. Your role is essential in crafting a
seamless and elevated experience that reflects the character and charm of both
the hotel and the MGallery brand.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality & potential but here
are a few of our requirements...
* Previous experience in a luxury or boutique
hospitality setting preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in a natural,
engaging manner and highly presentable with strong attention to detail.
* Manoeuvring and delivery of guest luggage to
desired locations.
* Prepare and deliver food and beverage room
service orders, following set guidelines and food hygiene protocols.
* Carryout floor walks during the shift as
assigned by the Night Manager and assist them in handling guest concerns
and requests.
* Carryout duties related to the Night Audit
process on the Property Management System.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Flexible availability, including weekends,
evenings and holidays.
* Knowledge of the Accor brand and MGallery
ethos and previous experience in Opera Cloud (PMS) is advantageous.
Other duties include:

Providing prompt and efficient assistance with
opening doors, loading and unloading luggage, and assisting with transportation
if needed.

Deliver exceptional customer service
consistently, creating positive and memorable guest experiences adhering to
brand standards.

Addressing guest questions and concerns in a
courteous and professional manner and referring them to the Night Manager.
·
Uphold luxury service standards through every
guest interaction.
