Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Near Cranleigh, Surrey
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a well-established nursing home located near Cranleigh in Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Lead and inspire a large team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and respect.
Ensure the home meets and exceeds all CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulatory requirements.
Maintain and build upon recent Good or Outstanding CQC inspection results.
Deliver high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and external professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Registration as a Registered Manager with a strong track record in elderly care.
Excellent and up-to-date CQC knowledge, with proven experience in achieving or maintaining good CQC ratings.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team in a care setting.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
A passion for delivering person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.
