Technical Designer (Revit) - Office Interior Design & Fit-Out
Location: London and Surrey + hybrid

The London Design & Build market is crying out for Technical Designers who live and breathe Revit. Responsibilities
* Translate concept and pitch packs into coordinated technical information (RIBA 3–5) for CAT A & CAT B workplace schemes.
* Build and manage robust Revit models; set up templates, families, and best-practice workflows.
* Produce GA plans, sections, detailed joinery/set-outs, and coordinated MEP.
* Run coordination with PMs, interior designers, suppliers, and site teams; clash detection (Navisworks/BIM 360).
* Own drawing issue protocols: revisions, sheet sets, and naming to ISO/BIM standards.
* Support value engineering and design change without losing design intent.
* Occasionally attend site/surveys and client meetings.
Qualifications
* Solid Revit fluency on live office fit-out projects.
* Comfortable across technical packs: GAs, details, door & ironmongery schedules, finishes, and joinery.
* Understanding of buildability, UK regs, and how drawings actually land on site.
