Job Title: Experienced Teaching Assistant (SEN) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)

About the Role
You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential in a mainstream environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
* Support pupils with emotional, behavioural, and social development
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback where required
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN pupils
* Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties)
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
