The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
3. Handling a broad caseload including residential development, complex conveyancing and finance-related matters.
4. Advising lenders, developers and investors on technical transactions.
5. Managing plot sales, site setup, infrastructure agreements, title splitting and auction matters.
6. Supporting team growth through collaboration and business development.
The Successful Applicant
The Residential Property Solicitor should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years' PQE.
8. Confident managing files independently with strong drafting and client skills.
