The Role
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day running of Giovanni's. You'll lead an energetic team, keep service running smoothly, and help us grow the restaurant's reputation as one of Cardiff's favourite dining spots.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and inspiring our front- and back-of-house teams
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences from first hello to last goodbye
* Managing rotas, staffing, training and team development
* Overseeing stock, suppliers, budgets and profitability
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness
* Bringing fresh ideas to events, promotions and guest experiences

* Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
* A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
