We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is central to supporting our wholesale customers by providing excellent service, processing orders efficiently, and assisting with general office administration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and contributing to sales growth through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in B2B sales, order processing systems, and proficiency with spreadsheets will be highly beneficial. Full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries
* Process customer orders and returns within the company system
* Contact customers regarding outstanding payments when required
* Provide product information and support (training provided)
* Maintain and update company spreadsheets and reports
* Collaborate with colleagues to support wider administrative tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
