The Role As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical integrity and aesthetics of a compact, manageable site. You’ll:
Deliver Technical Excellence: Focus predominately on electrical testing, lighting, and switchboard maintenance.
Maintain Site Aesthetics: Perform "eye-level" work and basic fault finding to ensure the site remains in peak condition.
Manage Workflows: Use CAFM systems to handle planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, ensuring all site logbooks and technical reports are up to date.
Shift Patterns: 8am-16.30pm
Subcontractor Liaison: Supervise external partners and ensure all work adheres to strict safety protocols. You To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified professional with the following:
Technical Skills: Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a strong ability to troubleshoot faults independently.
Efficiency: Comfortable working in a static environment where high standards of documentation and job form accuracy are required.
