Description
As Senior Designer, you’ll take on a key, standalone position within the creative team. You’ll be responsible for delivering a broad mix of work, from day-to-day rollout to more creative campaign ideas.
Projects will include:
* Email design and digital campaigns
* Social media content
* Marketing communications and sales toolkits
* Brochures and presentation materials
* Brand assets and visual development
There’s also a strong opportunity to bring motion into the mix. Whether that’s animation, animated logos, or enhancing digital outputs.
While some initial work may lean towards rollout, the long-term vision is to grow the creative offering, so this role would suit someone keen to push boundaries and help evolve the agency’s output.
Experience
* Proven experience in a Senior Designer role
* A solid portfolio showcasing both creative and rollout work
* Experience across digital and print design
* Confidence working independently and owning projects
* Motion/animation skills (or a strong interest in developing them)
* Experience in B2B work is highly desirable (with some B2C exposure a bonus)
* A proactive mindset and interest in helping build and shape a growing team
