Location: Wolverhampton Pay Rate: Dependant on experience Contract: Temporary Hours: MondayFriday About the Role Were currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Manual Powder Coater to join our valued client. Key Responsibilities: Manually apply powder coating using spray guns to metal parts and products Prepare surfaces prior to coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, or blasting) Set up and operate powder coating equipment and spray booths Ensure correct coating thickness and finish quality Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, uneven coverage, or contamination Carry out colour changes and maintain cleanliness of equipment Follow health & safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Assist with curing process (ovens) where required Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns and equipment Requirements Previous experience in a manual powder coating vacancy At least 3 years experience Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
