About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional spa experiences? We're looking for a warm, professional and customer-focused Spa Therapists to join our expanding team. You'll be responsible for guiding our spa guests through their wellness journey - from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, ensuring a first-class experience.
The majority of your role will involve delivering high-quality treatments in line with Tankersley and ESPA standards. Don't worry if you're not familiar with ESPA techniques - full training will be provided
What You'll Do:
* Provide outstanding spa treatments with skill and care
* Ensure all treatments run smoothly and on time
* Engage with spa guests and health club members to create a welcoming atmosphere
* Recommend and sell ESPA retail products to enhance the client experience
* Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for guests
Who We're Looking For:
* A qualified Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapist (or equivalent)
* A friendly, talkative and proactive attitude
* A passion for retail sales and upselling treatments
* A commitment to delivering a luxurious spa experience
