Technology Delivery Manager – UK Home Office
Join to apply for the Technology Delivery Manager role at UK Home Office.
The National Identity and Access Management (NIAM) Programme is a flagship initiative under the National Policing Digital Strategy 2020–2030, delivered by the Home Office’s Police and Public Protection Technology unit. It aims to transform access to national policing systems by enabling secure, single sign‑on capabilities across UK Police Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs). The programme will replace fragmented authentication systems with a federated identity and access management solution, reducing security risks and administrative burden while improving operational efficiency. NIAM leverages cutting‑edge cloud and IAM technologies to support critical Home Office outcomes, including crime reduction and public confidence in the justice system. Key deliverables include onboarding legacy applications like the Police National Database and Athena IA and rolling out the new service nationwide.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high‑impact work in a growing, agile team. You’ll manage complex stakeholder relationships across government and law enforcement, influence strategic decisions, and drive the delivery of user‑focused solutions. You’ll build a critical voice in shaping one of the Home Office’s highest‑priority digital programmes, working at the forefront of national transformation.
