We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as Prep Admin Support. This role is essential in supporting vehicle preparation, documentation, and logistics for auction and recall vehicles. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct daily vehicle audits and document auction vehicles * Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection schedules * Prepare vehicles for delivery (fuel/charge) * Book vehicles for outsource and recall appointments and update internal systems (Vauto) * Liaise with dealerships to manage repair estimates and final invoicing * Produce weekly recall reports and track outstanding appointments * Arrange vehicle transportation and MOT bookings * Support site visits and ensure vehicle compliance for inspection * Assist with Tesla coordination and mobile repair bookings Ideal Candidate: * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail * Confident in using systems such as Vauto * Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with various departments * Experience in an automotive or administrative environment is a plus If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for operational support, we'd love to hear from you!
