A Glasgow-based software business is looking for a Full-Cycle (360) Account Executive to join them at an important stage of growth.
This is a hands‑on role where the Account Executive will own the full sales process, from first contact through to close, while building long‑term customer relationships.
There is strong demand for the product across the UK, offering clear earning potential for someone who performs well.
The role
Responsibilities include:
* Sourcing and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
* Manage the full sales cycle end to end
* Booking and delivering product demos to a range of B2B prospects
* Running discovery calls and managing deal progression
* Negotiating and closing new business
* Keeping pipeline, activity and forecasts up to date in the CRM
* Building strong relationships with customers after the sale
* Working closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales processes
* Improving outreach, demos and sales materials over time
* Attending events or client meetings when required
* The sales team works to a structured sales process, so experience with qualification frameworks is useful
What they're looking for
* 1+ years’ experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role
* Experience selling software or technology
* A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong discovery, communication and closing skills
* Organised and confident managing a full pipeline
* Experience using a CRM and LinkedIn for prospecting
* Someone who enjoys building long‑term customer relationships
* Experience selling into property, real estate or similar sectors is helpful but not essential
