Due to recently winning new contracts, they are seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer with a varied skillset and willingness to undertake a mixed range of duties as needed. It would be beneficial to also hold Legionella Risk Assessing experience as well as the associated qualifications. Experience / Qualifications: - Will have strong experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a Legionella / Water Hygiene company - It is preferred that candidates hold some experience with Legionella Risk Assessing and the relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds WMSoc - Ideally will have undertaken industry-related training courses, such as: TMV Servicing and Cleans & Disinfections - Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 industry standards - Comfortable with writing reports and using IT applications - Hardworking attitude - Professional attitude The Role: - Attending client sites to identify compliance risks and undertake both PPM and reactive works to rectify - TMV inspections and servicing - Cleans & disinfections on CWST - Showerhead disinfections - Acid descales - Water sampling - Temperature monitoring - Completing detailed service reports - Travelling as per company requirements Alternative job titles: Water Treatment Engineer, Legionella Technician, Water Hygiene Technician, L8 Operative, Environmental Service Technician.
