This superb opportunity has become available to join a local legal firm which offers a range of specialist commercial services to small to medium size businesses as well a number of international banks and clients boasting high value, highly quality work. This role is therefore suited to an ambitious, determined and talented administrator who is keen to take the first step or the next step to advance their career in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Managing Director
* Assist with client intake & client onboarding
* Assist with aspects of the legal business development of the Firm.
* Make appointments, arrange meetings
* Attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care.
* Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
* Ensure the confidentiality of all the firm's and clients documentation and information.
* Provide reception duties
* Prepare the conference room for meetings as necessary and for the tidying and clearance of the room at the end of the meeting.
* Provide refreshments when asked to do so.
* Undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
