Corporate Associate – Interim FTC Opportunity
London | 3–6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate team on an interim fixed-term contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong junior-mid level corporate lawyer to gain exposure to high-quality transactional work within a fast-paced and highly regarded practice.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 1-4 years’ PQE within a reputable corporate practice
* Strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions
* Excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills
* Training and/or experience gained at a Magic Circle or leading US law firm preferred
