Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Technical Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their business analysis career to gain hands-on experience supporting innovative and customer-focused solutions across a range of national projects within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of client proposals and internal documents
* Gather and analyse data to support pricing models and solution design
* Support internal coordination between Business Development, Technical SMEs, and third-party suppliers
* Help track project progress and maintain records throughout the bid lifecycle
* Contribute to solution planning by identifying opportunities for innovation and best practices
* Support contract handover processes and ensure smooth transitions to operational teams
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and standards relevant to technical services and FM
About You:
* A recent graduate or junior-level professional with a keen interest in business analysis, facilities management, or technical services
* Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
* Able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Enthusiastic about learning and developing within a supportive team
* Some understanding or interest in buildings, engineering systems, or FM is beneficial
