Start Times: 7:15am and 9:00am (term-time dependent) plus work from home

Who We’re Looking For
We ideally want someone with education recruitment experience, but we’re open to candidates from fast-paced temporary recruitment backgrounds such as industrial, healthcare, or driving. Above all, we’re looking for ambition, energy, and the drive to build something great.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Come in and put your stamp on your desk, owning the way things are done and setting the strategy
* Build and nurture relationships with schools and clients
* Source and place top talent into exceptional roles
* Hit and exceed your KPIs consistently
* Identify new opportunities and grow your book of business
* Use CRM and sales tools to maximize efficiency
* Mentor and grow your own team as the desk expands
* Create a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated environment
