My client is seeking a capable individual to join a well-established legal team focused on supporting clients with complex needs following significant injury. This role supports a specialist department that works on matters involving long-term financial planning and legal protection for vulnerable clients.

Role Responsibilities:
You’ll work alongside senior colleagues and department leads, helping with a wide variety of matters. Key tasks may include:
· Supporting with administration and oversight of ongoing legal and financial matters.
· Coordinating client payments and monitoring account activity.
· Managing client communications and arranging necessary meetings.
· Preparing and reviewing legal and financial documentation.
· Keeping internal systems and client files accurate and current.
· Handling correspondence and recording client interactions as required.
· Managing payment requests in line with internal and regulatory procedures.
· Recording time spent on cases.
· Supporting file closure processes and ensuring procedural compliance.
· Assisting with broader administrative tasks and contributing to the team’s knowledge development and outreach.
Who We’re Looking For:
This role requires an organised, detail-focused, and confident individual, with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
· Solid administrative experience from within a legal firm .
· Confidence with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
· A proactive approach to task management and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Strong attention to detail and a methodical working style.
· A professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients or colleagues.
