Overview
Are you a highly organised individual with experience in a personal or executive assistant role? This opportunity is for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will support a broad range of functions including project coordination, data reporting, administration, and cross-departmental collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The role involves diary management, task juggling, and following through on complex action plans.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility is to support the Chief Revenue Officer in a variety of business-critical areas. You will confidently pick up tasks, manage communications, and coordinate across the CRO’s remit, which includes sales, marketing, recruitment, and expansion.
Responsibilities
* Administrative & Executive Support: provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar and inbox management; manage key documents and correspondence with timely responses and follow-up; help prioritise incoming requests and coordinate across multiple departments on behalf of the CRO.
* Project Coordination: track and support ongoing projects, manage timelines, actions, and deliverables; monitor progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met; assist in planning and setting up meetings, agendas, and action logs.
* Data & Reporting: gather and process data related to revenue, recruitment, and marketing; use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) to create and update performance reports; help turn data into basic dashboards or summaries for decision-making.
* Research & Expansion Support: research potential new nursery locations; pull together demographic and market data for feasibility reports; coordinate communications between the CRO and external partners (e.g., real estate agents, consultants).
* Internal Coordination: act as a point of contact across departments to align objectives and timelines; maintain and update action plans; assist with preparing internal documents, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support role.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence in handling sensitive information and acting with discretion.
* Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
* Ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and support the executive across diverse responsibilities.
