Key responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and improve robust systems for invoicing, reconciliations, credit control, and banking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
* Implement processes to minimise risk, maximise collections, and oversee debt reporting, escalation, and recovery
* Ensure all income and transactions are fully reconciled to supporting records and accurately reported
* Review and streamline processes, drive integration with IT systems, and identify technology-based solutions for efficiency
* Maintain clear documentation, ensure adherence to regulations and respond to audit queries
* Manage, develop, and support the AR and credit control team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and customer service
* Maintain effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring issues are addressed proactively
