Associate Lecturer (Business, Management and People)

Academic Grade 7 - £39,906 to £44,746 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)
The role
We are looking to expand our team of inspirational Associate Lecturers who deliver high-quality learning experiences with expertise gained through teaching, relevant industry experience, or both. You may be asked to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate students, usually through lectures or tutorials, and contribute to the design of learning activities and assessments.
You should have well-developed and current knowledge of critical, practical, and theoretical issues relevant from an academic and/or professional perspective in one or more of the following areas:
* Leadership & Management
* Planning and Development (Property)
* Business Consultancy
* Property Construction
The department
Join our Business Management and People Division and play a key role in transforming students' lives. We offer a diverse portfolio of courses, including undergraduate and apprenticeship degrees in Business & Management and Real Estate, as well as MSc programmes in Human Resource & Organisational Development and Real Estate, accredited by CIPD, RICS, and ILM.
Our programs are vocationally focused, with approximately 6,000 students and 220 academic staff. We have a long history dating back to the 1950s and are committed to inclusive teaching and impactful scholarship.
