The role
Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a new opportunity in the Andover area? Aligra is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics client for a skilled operator to join their busy warehouse and yard team. This role focuses on operating Flexi and Pivot Steer forklifts to efficiently handle pallets and stock, ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and movement within the site.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Operating Flexi and Pivot Steer forklifts to load and unload goods safely
* Moving pallets and stock efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas
* Conducting daily safety checks on equipment before use
* Maintaining accurate records of stock movements
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required to support smooth operations
* Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 15:30
What we’re looking for:
* Valid forklift licence, with experience on Flexi or Pivot Steer trucks essential
* Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Good understanding of health and safety and manual handling procedures
* Strong work ethic with a proactive and reliable attitude
* Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately
