Fostering Team Manager
Location: South West England
Salary up to £49,905 + £5,100 car allowance
NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the country in order to find a Fostering Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
The role is hybrid with 2 - 3 days per week in the office in Salisbury and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance, while also being part of a very stable and motivated team.
Responsibilities:
The Fostering Team Manager will work closely with the Service Manager and will manage a small and stable team of Supervising Social Workers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing growth of the service and you will drive the foster carer recruitment and retention initiatives.

Requirements:
Team Manager, Assistant Team Manager or Senior Practitioner
experience in fostering
Full driving licence
