Customer Service Advisor
Location: Yate
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Yate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
* Process customer orders, requests, and system updates
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload effectively
* Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
