An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is needed for a main contractor based in the East Midlands.
You will be supporting an advanced Project QS in managing a complex £45m school project in Colchester, attending site 2 days a week (accommodation and sustenance provided).
This project involves the construction of a teaching and sports centre, including new build, refurbishment, and demolition works.
You should be a self-sufficient, confident, and competent Assistant QS, capable of arranging packages of work and work orders.
