The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incidents are resolved according to procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create network incident tickets based on customer reports.
* Action Service Requests.
* Allocate/despatch tickets to support teams, field engineers, and service providers.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management, liaising with providers, control teams, and field resources.
* Communicate with customers about network incidents.

Who You Are:
