The Role
They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and architects on a diverse range of projects from concept to completion.
What Youâll Do
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative, practical, and sustainable structural solutions
Support the production of detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications
Contribute to technical reports and digital modelling
Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced chartered engineers
Get involved in site visits and inspections as projects progress
What Weâre Looking For
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2.1 or above)
A genuine interest in design and architecture
A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An interest in sustainable construction and low-carbon design principles
Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar is a bonus
