Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and racing passion; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
* Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking.
* Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners.
* Record illness and accident data, coordinate with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
* Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
* Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
* Support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
* Participate in the creation and optimization of HR processes.
* Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, including employee information updates.
* Assist in HR projects and support the implementation of the company's strategy.
Your profile
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
* Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.
* Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* High IT affinity, especially for upcoming digitalization initiatives.
* Excellent service orientation and ability to work within an international team.
* Fluent in English and German.
