The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for proactive and customer focused professionals whose previous experience working within a busy customer facing environment will enhance our service desk at our Hyundai dealership in Cheshire Oaks.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to maximise service sales opportunities through the upsell of additional products, services and repair work. Confidently delivering product knowledge and offering support to our valued customers, you will provide a smooth customer journey whilst ensuring all systems and documentation are complete with high accuracy.
Required skills as a Service Advisor:
Automotive industry knowledge and experience is essential.
Knowledge and understanding of working within a customer facing role.
Passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to support the rest of your team in busy and challenging periods.
IT and computer literate and ability to use various company systems.
Well organised and ability to manage workload.
