About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to support people with evenings and night-time activities, providing physical and emotional care to help them feel safe, secure and well rested. You will support people both in their homes and in their local communities, with a range of working patterns to suit you, including full time, part time and flexible opportunities. Training is provided to develop your skills as a Support Worker and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Encourage and support people with evening activities and night-time routines
* Provide physical and emotional care throughout the night
* Help the people we care for feel safe, secure and well rested
* Participate in ongoing training and development to progress in a social care career
* Support people in their home and local communities to maintain independence
About you
It would be beneficial to have some healthcare experience, but it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. If you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
