About the Role
The Product Manager will own and deliver the product roadmap, translating the pain points of the construction and civil engineering industry into powerful software features that drive engagement and usability.
The Product Manager will help define the future of the SaaS platform, constantly evolving its functionality to drive innovation and disruption in the Construction Technology marketplace.
The Product Manager will have expert knowledge of the construction and civil engineering sector, their needs, and challenges, and how the adoption of SaaS can create measurable outcomes in efficiency and productivity.
The Product Manager will work closely with the business founders to create a detailed quarterly and annual product roadmap with clearly defined milestones. Above all else, they must ensure the viability and efficacy of current and future iterations of the software platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the product strategy, create a product roadmap which aligns to business goals, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features based on value, feasibility, and impact
* Manage all Agile ceremonies, including standups, retrospectives, demos, and sprint planning.
* Facilitate product and development scoping sessions, documenting discussions, and creating detailed Jira tickets.
* Prepare and share clear, concise product release notes and optimise Jira workflows through automation
* Empower and support the development team by removing blockers and providing clarity on requirements
* Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure robust testing strategies are in place. Champion quality by participating in acceptance testing and validating deliverables
* Function as a bridge between operations, developers, designers, and QA teams to align expectations. Facilitate communication to ensure everyone understands product goals and scope
* Refine, and maintain a well-organised product backlog, ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritised, and ready for development
Ideal Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience managing SaaS products: experience in user-centred design, including user research, user profile development, writing user stories and user experience design
Experience in construction or ConTech: Familiarity with the construction industry or similar technology solutions is highly desirable

Understand Agile inside-out: You have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and can manage ceremonies with confidence and efficiency
Working Arrangements:
Remote with some time needed in the London office – to be discussed.
