THE ROLE
1. Providing support, guidance and coordination to the engineering function and services at the site
2. Assist in the identification, procurement, storage and stock levels of key spare parts
3. Support the co-ordination and implementation of any capital projects or site improvements works required, including installation and commissioning of new equipment
4. Assist in the selection of suitable contractors and maintain a database for approved personnel
5. Ensure that the work package of risk assessments and method statements provided by contracting companies are suitable for requirements
6. Oversee management of all contractor engineering activities on plant
7. Plan, coordinate and undertake site inductions
