Pay: £50K (Days) | £58K (Nights)

The Role:
Keep our production site running smoothly with hands-on mechanical engineering:
* Mechanical repairs, fitting, welding, fabrication
* Planned preventative maintenance & overhauls
* Fault finding & problem-solving on plant/machinery
* Accurate CMMS logging & clear handovers
* Collaborate with Engineering Leads/Manager & contractors
* Support continuous improvement and site performance
We're Looking For:
* Solid mechanical maintenance experience in production/manufacturing
* Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
* Reliable, practical, pride in a job well done
* Team player with clear communication
