Pay: £13.75 per hour
Start: September 2025
Hours: Part-time or Full-time available
What we’re looking for:
A positive, open-minded approach to supporting children
Experience working with children, ideally with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
Patience, empathy, and a desire to help every child succeed
A team player who thrives in a nurturing school environment
Your role:
Support a primary-aged child on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning and reach their full potential
Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive, encouraging classroom experience
Bring energy, creativity, and care to each day
What we’ll need from you:
A DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
Complete our FREE safeguarding training along with additional Thrive training included
Provide information for previous 24 months of employment
Documents to assist with our vetting process (right to work, utility bill etc)
Experience working in education or with SEND children is highly valued, but just as important is your willingness to learn, grow, and make a genuine difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
