Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Moving Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Welshpool. This role suits a confident, professional sales consultant who thrives on inbound enquiries, understands structured sales processes, and is highly capable using CRMs.
You will be working in a modern, tech-driven sales environment, with complete training in AI-powered sales systems, and clear pathways into senior or leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales enquiries
* Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closure
* Using CRM systems daily to track, nurture, and convert leads
* Maximising revenue across removals, packing, and storage services
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining high-quality customer communication and follow-up
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales systems and performance
About You
* 5+ years’ sales experience
* HubSpot experience preferred, or a powerful CRM user who can run systems confidently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident handling of objections and closing
* Highly organised, professional, and self-driven
* Coachable with strong personal standards
* PR or Australian Citizen preferred
* Sponsorship available for the right high-calibre candidate
