Early Years Practitioner – Join Our Nurturing Team
Are you passionate about shaping young minds through play, creativity, and care? We're looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team and help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's development through fun, age-appropriate activities. You'll help foster emotional, social, and physical growth while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and implement creative, child-led activities that spark curiosity
* Support children's holistic development—emotionally, socially, and physically
* Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and team members
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (required)
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information
* Enhanced DBS required (can be completed before start date)
* Must be registered on the DBS update service

* Food hygiene certificate desirable but not essential
* Nursery operates 51 weeks a year, between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
