The Firm & Team
The firm’s Commercial Property department advises a wide-ranging client base, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers, housebuilders, landowners, and both commercial landlords and tenants.
The team handles a broad variety of commercial property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Property finance and secured lending
* Land promotion and option agreements
* General property management
Due to continued growth and client demand, the firm is now looking to recruit experienced paralegals with a strong background in commercial property work.
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 1–2 years’ experience working as a paralegal in property law
* Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and processes
* Excellent organisational and client management skills
* A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Experience handling leases, sales and purchases, or property management matters is highly desirable
