We're hiring a New Business Consultant to join our sales team and help grow our monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract base. This is a commission-focused, office-based role with full sales support, product training, and real earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing: You'll focus on outbound telesales and consultative selling of our monthly Silver, Gold, and Platinum PPM packages to commercial clients across sectors such as:
* Hospitality (pubs, bars, restaurants).
* Care homes and supported living.
* Schools, academies, and colleges.
* Retail and leisure.
* FM companies and commercial landlords.
Our PPM packages help customers:
* Stay compliant with gas safety regulations.
* Ensure all required servicing and certifications are up to date.
* Maintain safe kitchens and commercial boiler systems.
* Reduce the risk of costly breakdowns.
* Access fast, professional support with long-term service coverage.
Your role will include:
* Making outbound sales calls to qualified leads.
* Identifying decision-makers and their maintenance needs.
* Presenting tailored PPM packages, starting from just £50/month.
* Sending proposals and closing the sale.
* Recording and managing leads using Mondays.
* Working closely with the office team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Base Pay + Uncapped Commission.
We offer a monthly base pay to keep your income stable, but the real money is in your commission:
* Expect £35,000 to £60,000 with consistent performance.
* Top performers earn £85,000+.
* You keep 100% of the first month's payment on every new deal you close.
* All new contracts earn you additional uncapped commission when signed.
* Commission is paid monthly.
