Contract Hours: Part time hours available.
West Tower Country House is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team.
West Tower is a 28-bedroom property and hosts up to 200 weddings per year. Weddings are mainly concentrated around the weekends so this is where the majority of working hours will be.
If you are not available to work weekends, this role would not be suitable for you.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is flexible, who can work as part of a team and can cope with the fast pace environment and quick turnaround of weddings. Candidates will need to be highly organised and have a passion for the industry.
As a Housekeeper you would ultimately be responsible for the cleanliness of our beautiful 28-bedroom property ensuring all bedrooms are serviced ready for guests' arrival and all public areas are kept in pristine condition at all times.
Having the right team of people working as part of our very busy operation is critical to the success of West Tower and requires nothing other than highly motivated housekeepers who want to be part of something special.

Five minutes from Ormskirk town centre and less than half an hour from Liverpool, West Tower Country House has been solely dedicated to hosting weddings for the past 10 years winning venue of the year every year since 2010.

Having your own car is desirable for the role as West Tower is not on a direct bus route and nearest train station is 20 minutes' walk.
Work available both mid week and weekends but mainly weekends as this is when the majority of weddings take place on site.
Working hours do vary but generally based on 10am – 3pm.
