Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Barback to join our lively team at Coyote Ugly Saloon Blackpool. Located in the heart of the town, this role is essential in supporting our bartenders and ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests. Your contributions will help maintain our vibrant atmosphere and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Assist bartenders by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar.
* Clean glassware and utensils to ensure hygiene standards are met.
* Help with food preparation as needed during busy shifts.
* Manage waste disposal and keep the bar area organized.
* Engage with customers to enhance their experience while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
* Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and cleanliness standards.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
* Qualifications
* Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred but not essential
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
